October Sales and Volume Stats Pioneer Valley

The Market is STILL ACTIVE!
Just because the numbers aren't Soaring like they were in the last few years............. They still are very healthy. All Real Estate is LOCAL. Don't listen to the NATIONAL NEWS.... See Oct stats below. you'll see why.

Franklin & Hampshire counties numbers came in very close to last year while Hampdens numbers were off some.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

This time of year is a good time to reflect on the year that has past and be thankful for all the wonderful blessings we've been fortunate to receive.
I would like to extend my thanks to my family and friend who have been very supportive of me especially this year with my new venture of opening up my new Real Estate office.

To my fantastic clients that I've had the pleasure to work with this year as well as over the past 21 years. I've said it many times before and continue to say "I truly have the BEST clients." I've met so many outstanding people over the years and have made so many nice friend as well.

WELCOME to my BLOG!

After 13+ years of running a Real Estate Column in the Local News Paper called "Let's talk Real Estate" in "The Recorder" and recently bring "Let's Talk Real Estate" to Radio on WHAI, 95.3 Bear Country , 93.9 The River and WHMP, I decided to open it up to a wider audience...... The Blog!

I plan to have postings that include, industry tips, ideas, market stats, trends and technologies that will help Buyers and Sellers as well as issues that effect Private Property rights of consumers and Legislation that the public should know about.
